Kristiania & Dalton’s Wedding was gorgeous, laid back, & spontaneous just as the couple seemed. Their day fit their style and personalities.
First stop, the Bride’s parents house. Short, simple, sweet. We have the groom, his best friend, & the bride’s father. 3 is such a wonderful number! These men were all for being themselves and doing every pose, including the silly & natural ones. You have to get natural life in the photos, right?! & how did I do that? mhm. You guessed it, video games!
Second stop, the soon to be married couples home. At this stop we shared some conversations while they sipped some wine and tried to shake off their nerves. Along with capturing the make up photos and some stand alone photos of the bride and of course some with her and her girls which consisted of her sister & her mother. How friggin sweet!!!
For the ceremony, the bride had hopes of getting married outside at the gazebo located on the property but due to rain and a little bit of flooding, they had to move it indoors. They used the best of last minute timing and improvised fantastically well!!!
My favorite part about this wedding? Well… I have two favorites.
Their love could be felt just by being in the same room. Their love can be seen just by looking at pictures. Their love is so strong & deep and that is what I aim for every time I shoot a wedding — emotion.
& Krisitiana was my childhood friend in elementary school. I haven’t seen her since we were kids nor I have a spoken to her since we were at least teenagers. It was so nice to see her, to become reconnected, and to capture the most important day of her life. I am forever grateful she picked me to capture her big day!
Congratulations Kristiana & Dalton! I wish you many years of happiness, it was a pleasure capturing your big day!!
